Perched on top of Palazzo Pamphilj, designed by Borromini in the 17th century, this rooftop opens above Piazza Navona like a theater box at the opera. The baroque square below, the domes against the Roman sky, cocktails as the light changes. Few rooftops in Rome give you this.
